Dollar General Is Illegally Union-Busting

Dollar General spent $13.5K a day to stop workers from forming the company’s first union — and likely broke the law doing it.

Workers at Dollar General are speaking out about trying to create the retail giant’s first union.

They told us how the company illegally threatened to close their store, and fired a pro-union worker and threatened others.

The union vote took place on October 22. Workers and UFCW representatives are contesting the 3-2 vote against the union, on the grounds that Dollar General broke labor law to stop workers from unionizing.
